XD DESIGN LEAD - Mint Mobile / Ultra Mobile - 2019 to present
Managed and led nine designers on the company’s UX/UI design team. Oversaw the design of all website, app, and account management portal projects for both Mint Mobile and Ultra Mobile. Collaborated closely with Senior Leadership, Product, Ecom, and Marketing teams.

Led the re-designing of, which included improved functionality, navigation, user interface, user flow, and a 12% statistically significant CVR increase for mobile visitors.

Led the design of Ultra Mobile’s iOS and Android mobile app. Currently has a 4.2 rating in the Apple Store.

Led and designed multiple digital products, including; user account activation process, store locator interface, refer-a-friend program, finding the best mobile plan calculator, coverage and phone capability checker and Ecom purchase flows.

Established and managed five design systems that support branded styles and UI components for the company’s websites and mobile apps.

Helped establish and set up an agile working process for the creative department to work with cross-functional teams, including the Product and Ecom team.

Led and designed multiple landing pages for digital marketing campaigns.

Designed web pages supporting the announcement of Ryan Reynolds becoming an owner of Mint Mobile.

Oversaw hand-off of high-fidelity screens to engineering teams and led the quality of the builds.​​​​​​​

Directed company vision and oversaw finance, creative department, project management, and sales. Hands-on design and direction of digital products, websites, and print projects.

Directed creative path and development for design, branding, and production of all client projects.

Maintained and managed creativity and objectives for campaigns. Performed hands-on design from start to finish on multiple cross-media projects and guided multiple designers with creative direction.

Established creative strategies for digital user journeys, interface, website and application designs, wireframes, sitemaps, user and usability testing,  branding, and marketing.

Served as the driving force behind the company, building it from a DBA business to an incorporated design firm working for clients with revenues of $100+ million.

Helped lead the design strategy and ideation for all client work and for the company’s external marketing.

Helped with creative direction, branding, and design for companies within the home building market, construction business and legal/ethics industry.

Developed design and programming on websites and interactive presentations using Flash, HTML, and CSS.

Assisted in project management and oversaw designers and programmers for multiple web-based projects.
Served as associate creative director and designer on interactive digital learning products, websites, and printed materials for the automotive industry.

Led the creative direction and design for Toyota’s 2010 vehicle printed guide and online interactive PDF catalog.

Provided creative direction, management, and design for interactive Flash websites, registration kiosk design, event graphics, and marketing collateral for KIA Motors’ launch of the 2010 Soul.

Worked in teams alongside designers, account managers, video producers, and copywriting professionals.

SENIOR ART DIRECTOR - Evolve Media – 2005 to 2008
Provided art direction, management, graphic design, Flash design, website design, and programming on several projects for clients such as American Racing, Bosley, and Shimano.

Worked in teams alongside the creative director. Supervised the design and development of multiple projects, including websites, e-marketing campaigns, and Flash websites.

Helped develop new business proposals.

Took projects from start to finish, including designing and programming finished websites containing HTML, CSS, Flash, and ActionScript.

Designed logos and multiple-page brochures. Oversaw print production.

Designed and helped develop procedures for the company’s ancillary business tools, such as websites for E-Marketing, Search Engine Optimization, and site hosting.
