FixtureCare keeps hospital patients safe and medical facilities in compliance with fixture cleanse and disinfection services managed by a hyper-efficient mobile app. This iterated version of the app elements the need for QR codes previously used to scan sink fixtures. The new version provides a new interface for customers and FixtureCare technicians.

Outcome:
Before Water Saver Solutions had an app in every teammate's hands, technicians were limited in their ability to be productive in the field. One technician carried a tablet with a spreadsheet, and others reported to them with the details of their work.

This bottleneck greatly impaired production since the lead technician was inundated with recording rather than working and other technicians had to frequently pause and seek that person out to record their work accurately.

Now, every technician is responsible for their own work, including the lead who may contribute just as much as a leader as he can as a fellow worker. The UI is so streamlined that it allows technicians to enjoy a user friendly experience that doesn't burry them with unnecessary data.

Our team efficiency has improved by roughly 30%, meaning projects complete sooner, less days are required for out of area work, and overall company money is better utilized.

In the office, after-project reports export automatically without the need of a project manager to hand draft summaries as once before. This frees them up to better manage other projects and increase company revenue.

Water Saver Solutions' customers are also very grateful for the application, which allows them to easily download and print whatever records they might require without waiting for one of us to respond to an email. They can see before and after photos of all the work, so they can easily prove to inspectors that their healthcare facility is in compliance.
